Are You Confident You Run Your Practice Well?

Dear Practice Owner,

Do you feel confident that you run your practice well?

Would you believe that a large number of practice owners are scared to find out if they do actually run their practice well...

It is much easier to not face the possibility that you could be doing better in certain areas. It often feels easier to stay in your current condition, whatever that may be, than it is to take action to improve the condition. You might be doing excellent but have become comfortable in that level and avoid the idea of expanding further.

Some owners are afraid to find out how they manage their practice because the results might mean they should make some changes. Change alone can be a scary subject to some people. Some owners are even fearful of accepting help or advice of any kind, usually due to a past negative experience.

When spotted, these feelings can go away, and you can become ready to find out.

We want this to serve as a reminder that it takes a lot more courage to be willing to improve your practice, ask for advice, or to simply find out how well you are running your practice, than it does to remain as you are.

If you are curious and willing to face the answers fill out our Practice Management Analysis.

Here is to your confidence as a practice owner!
